• 어떤 화면에서 어떤 일이 있었는지, 가능하면 화면 캡처
• 결제 문의: 주문번호(Google Play) 또는 거래 번호(App Store)

• 환불 · 청약철회: 환불·청약철회 정책 — App Store 결제의 환불은 Apple 이 직접 결정하며, reportaproblem.apple.com 에서 요청할 수 있습니다.
